Oh Matt, I remember the days of Mattitude v.1ahhhhh.....he was one of the most popular guys on the roster and everyone on TPWW loved him

Does anyone know exactly when people turned on him? Was it because he was a whiney penis over the whole Lita/Edge thing? I'm trying to remember where it all went wrong. I know it was a slow decline, but when was the exact turning point?

I remember him having a smug look on his face in his picture with Jeff (wearing the WWE Title) and Matt had the ECW title.

that being said I'm sure a lot of people are eating this up and bigger matt hardy fans after that. I remember some girl in highschool who dressed like a huge slut (huge cleavage for a girl that age and had thhe thong comming out lita style) the hardys were like her god and prob still are. she loved matt and jeff and called lita a slut but dressed just like her...

Arrested for DWI



Wrestling superstar Matt Hardy was arrested in North Carolina today for suspicion of driving while intoxicated ... TMZ has learned.

According to the Moore County Jail, Hardy was busted this afternoon by the North Carolina State Highway Patrol and released around 7:00 PM ET.

Hardy is currently part of Total Nonstop Action Wrestling, but made his name in the WWE.

People turned on Matt Hardy when he really tried to connect with people via the internet, actually, and it became apparent how retarded the guy is.

There was a phase where everyone loved the guy -- he was in shape, he could play a character (remember Mattitude?), he could work, he was over. And he was the good Hardy. He was money. 2005 came, and the WWE missed a huge opportunity to generate cash off the guy, in my opinion. But then, as he would go on to claim, health problems and injuries caused him to get a bit more out of shape. He was still over, though. I was on the pro-Hardy side, claiming that the guy could be re-invented and presented in a way that could still make him a main eventer. Others had deemed him a mid-carder for life.

But when he left the WWE is when I personally just got sick of him. The guy is not someone I would enjoy hanging out with. In my opinion, his idea of attention is completely warped. He's the kind of guy who thinks public urination is funny, and his first reaction to his brother throwing up his guts after taking too many substances would be to whip out the video camera.

Matt Hardy has issues, and I'm sorry to say that I am no longer a fan.

The man is great for directing jokes at, though.

TNA today released IMPACT WRESTLING star Matt Hardy from its roster. Hardy was already under suspension from the company.
