Maybe they could even institutionalise a new rule? Your opponent needs to be on the mat, down, and possibly bloodied (this could be option) if you are to win the match. That would make the Steel Cage Match mean so much moe than just adding barbed-wire to it, because you know you are going to see a definate winner and a definate loser.

Val didn't kick out, Tazz interfered and hit Rikishi with a camera.
I still can't believe Rikishi did that. I remember watching it live and seeing as it was about 3am I seriously thought I just fell asleep and dreamed that's what happened.
Yeah Fully Loaded 2000 (sorry, not 2001) was amazing.

What reasons did Tazz have for doing that? Actually, thats a dumb question. Creative probably picked his name of a hat at random as a way of deciding who should interfere.

I think Tazz was attacking everyone and it some how set up the Jerry Lawler Tazz feud.

That was when Tazz really started going downhill. Coming down to the ring with a walking stick pretending to be blind and mocking JR - seriously! He's the F'N human suplex machine!

...and then he jobbed to JR's candy jar.

Yes, Tazz could have been used much better. I still wish the hardcore title was made into a respectable one where each title match was a 20 minute epic like an ECW main event. Tazz could have had some great matches.
