As I live in the U.K I don't really get the chance to go to events, but I did go to Insurrextion 2000 and 2001 if anyone has Insurrextion 2001 on vhs/dvd look behind the commentators (Michael Cole and Paul Heyman) I was direstly behind them front row wearing a blue nike cap.

I witnessed The Rock V Shane and Vince 2000
Power Trip V Undertaker 2001
X Factor V Dudleys V Hardyz V Edge and Christian 2001
Chris Jericho V Eddie Guerrero 2000
Chris Jericho V William Regal 2001

My most memorable was in june of 2000. It had nothing to do with the matches or what was happening that night. The night in question was a raw and on it was a contract signing between the Undertaker and Austin for the upcoming PPV. Im a fan of both men but I was going more for UT during this feud. As they were signing you knew some sort of brawl was about to happen. A big group of us were standing on our chairs and I yelled out "Whip his ass Undertaker". All of sudden I got pushed from behind and fell 3 rows in from on me. I turned around to see this big, burly woman looking at me. She called down to me "This is Stone Cold country bitch".

She was prompty escorted from the building missed the rest of a really good show. Luckily I wasn't hurt bad, just a cut on my ankle from which i still have a scar.

I also got to see IYH 18 Badd Blood with UT and HBK HIAC match. Thats was bad ass.

Shawn does not have that much rep yet (10+)
I was at Wrestlemania 8 to witness one of the all time great Intercontenental tital matches ever between Bret Hart and Piper. It was great. I was so rooting for piper. I'll never forget during the Main Event when Papa Shango came out and there was a OVERWHELMING Echo of " ahhh WTF ! "
