Have to say Curt Henning. And because Ive always been a Hall mark he did main event Souled Out 99 against Goldberg in that "classic" ladder tazer match and he also wrestled Sting for the title at Uncensored 98, but im not sure if that was the main event.

Curt Hennig is my all-time favourite wrestler, but to be honest he was worthless in the nWo. Same goes for 'Ravishing' Rick Rude to be fair. And Ted DiBiase.
In fact, the nWo was a real showcase of genuinely great wrestlers who were past their prime and who WCW had no idea what to do with. It was like a talent graveyard. After the excitement/unpredictablility of the first six months or so, I never saw much appeal in the nWo. Overrated. |
