I don't know about you folks but I was expecting Roode was definitely underwhelmed. Nothing against him, his placement on the main roster hasn't been that aspiring. Can say the same for Corbin, Mahal, and even Orton.

Roode really should be a heel considering he was a lot better as one in NXT than as a face and his gimmick fits better in a bad guy role.

He's also someone who wrestles the slow and/or classic NWA paced matches that Triple H has desperately tried to get over on his own with crowds for years.

Looks like Smackdown is going to win this shake up. Got rid of their horrible mid card and awful Natayla so what ever they get in return should be alot better. I thought Charlotte would move over but I gut not unless they do something like they did with The Miz tomorrow. Asuka not being on Raw makes me think she'll move over. Feel like Jeff Hardy moves over as well.

Chad Gable on Raw is...interesting. I'll reserve judgment on that. The Ascension to Raw? Are they trying to turn it into Superstars?

Raw needs to try and do something with the rejects, they've worked hard on guys like Ascension, Corbin, and Ryder for the love of god always can bring it back if they let him.

Man Smackdown Live is going to be fucking great. Will probably get The Revival and Gallows and Anderson in return. Could see Slater and Rhyno being split as well.

Dude. I want this to be the feud of all feuds. It's got so much history it's unreal. Best way to go is do a Raven/Dreamer style feud where Bryan never gets the win until it matters, maybe at WM. Would love it. I think that Miz will take the IC title to Smackdown by winning at Greatest Royal Rumble. Kind of want them to cross paths slightly and then feud full on in a big main event way. I love the IC but I want that to be the main story.

They might as well split Slater and Rhyno. It's a shame though, with three hours of Raw they couldn't find a 6 minute block each week for them to make us laugh in on way or another.

The storyline is going to be that both of American Alpha got DNA tested and someone switched the labels. Gable's going to be mad at Jordan about that then it's going to reveal that he sent a text to himself telling him to swap the labels.

2 thoughts

1. Nothing says jobber more than changing shows and not even being announced on that show. If they can't spare 10 seconds for a graphic, you are probably more likely to get released than ever do anything.

2. Bryan vs Miz is gonna be great, but honestly it feels to big to do this early. I would rather Bryan do a bunch of the dream matches before the big rivalry payoff. Unless WWE is ready to go full push with Bryan right after, I fear they are wasting a great storyline to what, hotshot a story for what Backlash??

Out of the three, Rollins would make the most sense to move. Not only does he get away from Reigns' shadow for top faces on RAW, he also becomes a very reliable workhorse star for the WWE and IC/US scene.

Rollins leaving also allows Balor to free himself from being in Rollins shadow as a big face star.

Sending Braun to SmackDown and having him kill Bryan, Styles, and Nakamura is one surefire way to completely ruin whatever babyface momentum he had.

I think it will be Balor and Jeff Hardy moving to Smackdown. Raw cant afford to lose Braun. Hardy will lose the US title to Mahal at GRR and Balor will win the IC from Seth.
