1999: Donovan McNabb 16, Anthony Wright 16, Aaron Brooks 17, Daunte Culpepper 15
2000: Tee Martin 11, Jarious Jackson 18
2001: Mike Vick 20
2002: David Garrard 14, Woodrow Dantzler 17, Antwaan Randle El 17, Rohan Davey 17
2003: Seneca Wallace 12, Brad Banks 13

This year Reggie McNeal, Brad Smith, and DJ Shockley all below 20 too.
In an odd turn of events... Adrian McPherson rocked a solid 26. But ROFL McNabb took it twice and did worse the second time.

But Bradshaw, Jim Kelly, both got 15... Marino got a 14/18/15, Jeff George got a TEN, Tony Banks got a 26 his first time... then an 8... ,

But honestly... what does the WonderlicK prove? That you get good grades? Most of the top score-getters on here are shit QBs. Eli did great, but so did Jason Maas. Todd Husak, JT O'Sullivan, Drew Henson, etc... bfd.

I did see this on ESPN.com in an article about Arrington.

"The Redskins could very well see Arrington again. He said he wants to sign with an NFC East team.
"I want to come back and walk in FedEx Field once a year," he said."

http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=2355921

Don't know if he has a particular team in mind or what, or if this means that other teams in the NFC East are showing interest so who knows. Barret Green is gone from the Giants and Dat Nguyen is gone from the Cowboys so who knows. Trotter and Arrington again in Philly I don't see happening, didn't seem like it went well in D.C. because of the types of players they are. I don't know, I'm not sure what Arrington's deal was in Washington. I never followed it too close but I will say that if he comes to New York with a reputation for being tough to coach one of two things could happen: 1.) Coughlin reigns him in because he is a hardass or 2.) Arrington makes the papers with more drama because he resists Coughlin's methods, which is more likely to me.

I don't really know if I want Arrington, although our defense would probably be better off for it. I don't want him staying in the NFC East if he isn't coming to New York, who knows. I don't even know what the cap situation is with the Giants with all the bullshit thats been going on with the NFL lately.

Prob Qs like:

What letter comes before "S"

just a guess though

Qs that are easy with no pressure and no time limit

Arrington said he wants to stay in NFC East and doesn't want to play for the Cowboys so it is Giants or Eagles. Technically Green is not cut, but even if he stays on the team for the entire season, they would be better off with Arrington, even though I hate to say it. I hate Arrington a lot but I guess it would be kind of funny to see everyone's reaction in REDSKINS COUNTRY

Why wouldn't you want Arrington on your team? Especially when you play the Redskins twice a year. He is gonna go nuts in those games. I think it would be a good move by the Giants, aslong as he didn't ask for too much. They would have a pretty solid linebacking core with the addition of him.

NFL.com wire reports

GRAPEVINE, Texas (March 8, 2006) -- Labor peace was restored to the NFL when the owners agreed to the players' union proposal, extending the collective bargaining agreement for six years.

There were no further details on the agreement, including whether it includes expanded revenue sharing.

The vote was 30-2, with Buffalo and Cincinnati, two low-revenue teams, voting against it.

Free agency, put off twice by the protracted negotiations between the owners and players, now will start at 12:01 a.m. ET on March 10.

"It was a good compromise," said Jim Irsay, owner of low-revenue Indianapolis. "We're happy with it -- 30-2 is a good vote."

As a player he isn't bad at all. I've heard various things such as he doesn't play to the scheme as he should, likes to run around making tackles putting himself out of position (where he shouldn't be, in the scheme). Seems to me like there was a lot of bitterness from both Arrington and the whole Redskins organization, so its tough to say if Arrington is one of those hard coaching cases.

If we did pick him up, and he just didn't fit well in D.C. and would be cooperative in NY it would be awesome. Arrington and Pierce would be ridiculous (they played together in D.C. I believe), plus Carlos Emmons would be sick too if he could stay healthy. Even if Emmons went down as much as he did last year, Greisen is a very solid backup who can play all the positions. We have Reggie Torbor who is fast and showed flashes last year. Chase Blackburn who was a rookie last year had 11 tackles in his first start when we had injuries to the starters. We brought in Kevin Lewis (who is solid, can play all the LB positions) who played in NY before, knows the system but I don't know if he would be retained.

lol Stima now you have me salivating at the possibility of that LB combo. My dad thinks Arrington is a stud, I can only imagine him going nuts if we signed him.

A league source tells us that the salary cap under the extended CBA is expected to move to $102 million in 2006, and $109 million in 2007.

It's an increase of less than $8 million in 2006 over the cap under the prior CBA, which provides far less of an additional bump than previously anticipated.

McGinest got cut although the Pats might just re-sign him.

Apparently the Browns are interested in McGinest *and* Arrington.

Jets have talked with Patrick Ramsey

Vince Young missed a question that asked what the 9th month is...

You can't really justify that haha

Those questions are easy as hell, but I always thought the test was timed. I can understand someone making simple mistakes on some of the questions if you're rushing, but something like the 9th month of the year, c'mon.

Walker is such a horrible crybaby. Favre FTW. And this is coming from a Packers fanatic.

On another note, apparently Culpepper is being traded, and while it's up in the air, many sources say that as far as can be seen right now, the popular decision is that it's NOT Oakland that he'll be going to.

Try being Walker in Green Bay right now. If Favre didn't open his mouth last offseason then this probably would have never happened. I heard on Coldpizza today that a hotel attendant announced that Walker was staying at their hotel online and a shitload of people came to give him shit for holding out during training camp. Christ he still even showed up without getting a new deal, it's not like he no showed the whole season. Favre is a bascially Jesus Christ himself in Green Bay so he can blame himself for this one. People forget that football is a business too, I have no problem with the players asking for more money becuase look whats happening to all these vets, getting cut with money on their deals too. It goes both ways.

So far Griese and Collins are both cut and out on the market, as is Brees, and Culpepper to be traded is probably the worst kept secret in the league. Not a bad amount of QB talent.

Oh, and Isaac Bruce re-signed with the Rams.

Good signing with Madison, IMO.

I'm not 100% sure, but I'm pretty certain the Giants still have plenty of cap room to sign Arrington. Then to upgrade the offense by bringing in a WR, they can cut Emmons to save space and draft a guy like Greenway (who has fallen quite a bit in the projections but still has the potential to be a top notch guy)

Even if they released Emmons I wouldn't be displeased with letting Greisen play, or Blackburn, or Torbor. Greisen at this point probably won't get any better than what we've seen but Blackburn and Torbor have potential yet to be seen.

I would love to see them sign Arrington, with Pierce, whoever we put at the other LB position wouldn't matter because our LB crew would be jacked.

Where the fuck you been anyway Vito, we need some more opinions on Giants football in here.

Deshaun Foster signed a 3 year deal to stay with Carolina

There was an article posted on the official Browns site last night to say they had signed David Givens, but since that would amount to tampering it has since been deleted. It's possible it was hackers, but we'll see.

Koren Robinson signed a 3 year deal to stay in Minny

Chester Taylor is supposed to be talking with Minny also

LeCharles Bentley is almost certain to sign with Philly

Edge James is meant to be visiting the Cards today

Yeah, Torbor/Greisen/Blackburn all have potential and I wouldn't be opposed to see them get signed either.

ANother possible option to save up money for a WR would be cutting Petitgout, who will be making the most money in 2006. A solid blocker, but way too many penalties. I could live with Whitfield starting if need be, while we draft a tackle to possibly take over in 2007. Not really sure how many really good WRs are on the market tho. The best one is probably TO, but I don't wanna see that scumbag in Giants blue.

Randle El

Antonio Bryant

Brandon Lloyd (can't remember if he's a RFA though)

David Givens

Eric Moulds isn't right now but will probably get cut

Jabar Gaffney

Joe Jurevicius ()

I think Brian Finneran might be on a free as well

So yeah not a lot of talent around

Whoops, scratch that Bentley rumour, he has signed with the Browns. They also signed Falcons T Kevin Shaffer and are meant to be scheduled to talk with Jurevicius. They got the money to spend, no doubt. Dunno, tough division for them to make an impact in next year but who knows?

Kendrick Clancy signed with the Cards

Kitna and Kimo von CrippledPalmer are visiting the Jets - presumably that's almost a guarantee that Abraham will be traded soon

Will Demps is visiting Cinci and Minny

Ben Leber is almost a lock to sign in Minny
