These two feuded with Luger in the 90's....I think Big Cat was Curtis Hughes, but who the fuck was the other guy...?

Just some random generic big jobber. The Big Cat and The Motor City Madman were trying to be this new heel power team, and then they got squashed by the Skyscrapers in like 2 mins.
