I was watching the PPV again and the segment in question begins at around 9:30. Did they ever say the reason The Blue Meanie why he couldnt show up for the PPV? I'm assuming an indy show but does anyone know more than that? The second question is who is the guy suppose to be at the end picking his nose?

The guy at the end of the line is supposed to be Lupus, who was the last member of Raven's Nest after just about every other member went to WCW. His last appearance with ECW was the night Raven left for WCW when Lawler interfered at the ECW Arena. God knows what he has been up to since and why he couldn't or wouldn't attend, but that guy really didn't even look like the real Lupus, so it was kind of an odd choice out of the many members of Raven's Nest.
