Randy Savage - two belts?

16 seconds into the Randy Savage tribute that aired on Raw this past Monday, there's a picture of him holding 2 belts. One is the WWE Championship, what's the other one?

Savage had WWF Championship matches with Hogan when Hogan was champ and Savage was IC champ. Might of been a deal where Savage thought he won the WWF Championship and just held up both belts.

It's the Intercontinental title. My amazing available-for-hire powers of deduction have concluded with 98.3% accuracy that it is a clip from a match between then-reigning WWF champion Randy Savage and Honky Tonk Man from somewhere between March 27th and August 29th 1988, probably ending in a clean win for Savage (no IC belt on the line) or a DQ

Because it was, back then, having the IC belt was as good as being the number 1 contender!

When you had that thing it meant something, IC belt hasn't meant anything since the Bret had it

Watching old Randy Savage promos, he calls out Hogan AND Tito Santana, saying he's coming for both of them.
