Eugene based on old-school?

[My Final Heaven]

Hello all, I noticed something a little.... odd about Eugene when I was watching Raw. I've seen all the stories about how the character was based on a real handicapped kid that would visit wrestling shows. There was something about Eugene's "look" that stuck in the back of my mind. Finally, it hit me last night during his match. He dresses almost exactly like 80's superstar Billy Jack Haynes! Just stick old-school 'Taker's hat on his head, & there you have him. I don't know if anybody else has noticed this, or if I'm just a complete idiot . Post what you think.
