What's the best card the WWE could make with its current talent?

Here are the Rules.
1. The card must be nine matches, and nine matches only.
2. Don't use the roster. Act like it doesn't exist.
3. All wrestlers can only wrestle once. (ie. No tourneys).
4. Except for the Rock and Foley (They are around enough), everyone on your card must be in the WWE now. (No Austin or Hogan).
5. Only up to five total gimmick matches.
6. You must have at least 4 title matches.

2. Three Stages of Hell: Street Fight, Hell in a Cell, and I Quit
Triple H vs. Mick Foley

3. Two out of Three Falls
Kurt Angle vs. Shawn Michaels

4. Cruiserweight Title Match
Rey Mysterio vs. Billy Kidman

5. The Rock vs. Chris Jericho

6. WWE/World Tag Titles Match, TLC
E+C vs. The Dudley Boys vs. Akio/Sakoda vs. The World’s Greatest Tag Team vs. RVD/Matt Hardy

7. United States/Intercontinental Title Match
William Regal vs. Eugene

8. Casket Match
The Undertaker vs. Kane

9. Jamie Knoble vs. Tajiri
