Foley vs Orton at Backlash.

I finally was able to watch that match, and I thought it was 10x better than I expected it to be. The wrestling, and bumps were awesome. But I'm not posting this to specifically talk about the match... I want to talk about the crowd.

The crowd could not have been better in that match. I mean, how often do you get a crowd like that (Then again, how often do you get a match like that)? Probably only at a Wrestlemania... And even then, they're rarely that loud and responsive.

I was loving everyone in the crowd counting every fall ONE, TWO, THREE, OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! It's rare for a crowd to get to three in a match, but as often as in that match?

I gotta give it up to Foley and Orton for putting on one of the best matches, in the hardcore genre, that I've ever seen. I really wanted to Foley to win that one, but I know he probably wanted to lose. I'm just happy he came back and accomplished every thing in that match he wanted to.

I've been trying to decide recently whether I should buy Backlash 2004 DVD. The only match that interests me is the Foley/Orton one. The match sounds really awesome, but how does it compare to other Foley matches eg like the Streetfight he had against HHH at Royal Rumble 2000?

I liked this one a lot more than his match against HHH.

The mismatch against HHH? Both wrestlers made each other look alot stronger after the match than they did going into the match

That match was sick! Seeing Foley and Orton taking all those bumps, the crowd was amped it was perfect on both parts,Foley can still hang with the best of them and Orton showed he could be a heavy-hitter in the WWE. Much RESPECT!

The crowd was good because it was Edmonton (Canada). Man I would love to watch that match as well as the main event just for Benoit's and HBK's crowd response

As much as I think Foley is great, I'm not keen on how many times he's retired and returned

Plus, the "You Screwed Bret" chant was hilarious in the triple threat match.
