There will be a sequel to FInal Fantasy 7.

Final Fantasy VII: Dirge of Cerberus
Release Date: Unknown

After the anticipated speculation of Final Fantasy 7: Advent Children being playable and the disappointment (of some) finding out it was only to be a movie, Square-Enix has just revealed very minor details of a new playable Final Fantasy 7 sequel.

This time around, Vincent is the main character (Cloud and the other FF7 characters are not confirmed and their roles are not known). At this stage, very few details have been released, below is a brief summary of information so far.

The story begins with an appearance of the "Deep Ground Soldiers" also known as the DG Soldiers who are raiding and causing chaos in local towns. Vincent Valentine is the main character and it is more than likely that other FF7 characters will join him (unconfirmed), in some way, Vincent is linked to the DG Soldiers, the exact details have yet to be reveiled.

More Soon
