Why are there no mixed tag teams?
Not like intergender, but more along the lines of Kane and X-Pac...well I guess there is Rosey and Hurriance, but there are no credible mixed tag teams. I think that could really boost one of the tag team divisions. Have a real, credible team with a power guy, and one with a little guy. That would be good.

That all comes down to the talent involved. The WWE could just throw together two development guys along your thoughts, but those rarely work. The best tag teams were guys who actually worked together before they came to the WWE. XPac/Kane came from an era I like to call, the Mega Team era. Established single superstars were being tagged together for a false jump start on the tag devision. This was before the true tag teams came by '99/2000. I hope they never pull a stunt like that again.

I am a big fan of the teams BDC is talking about. Which one of us honestly didn't mark out for the Rock n Sock Connection? Or Head Cheese? Those teams were all funny as hell.
Problem is, there are no more credible singles superstars to make out of a team because they are all involved in a storyline. Plus, all the existing tag teams are about as entertaining as butter. I think the WWE would be better off concentrating on getting a 2nd team on raw, seeing is how La Resistance is the only thing on that entire show. |

Also, I don't think you understand what I'm saying. I don't want to see mega-teams with 2 credible singles wrestlers forced into a tag. If you look at most tag teams, the guys are pretty much the same. Like London and Kidman were both vanilla cruiserweights, or 3 minute warning are both big fat guys, or La Restiance are 2 generic middlewieghts, or Edge and Christian have the same style, or the Dudleys are pretty much the same style, or LOD had 2 guys the same style. I want to see a legit tag team with 2 guys with different styles, like Kane and X-Pac or Rosey and Hurricane. |

Like Kane & Mankind...or Kane & X-Pac...or Kane & RVD...or Kane & Undertaker...or Kane & Hurricane...or Kane & Rikishi...or Kane & Spike Dudley...or Kane & Big Show...or Kane & Chyna...
But really, I'm not sure what to make out of the Raw roster. Val Venis & Tajiri? Val trying to make Tajiri into a ladies man? Val showed on Monday that he still has the ring skills, and Tajiri hasn't had anything going on since he was tagging with Rhyno (other than losing to Viscera). I clearly have no ideas. |

Ok, let me spell it out. I don't nessicarily mean take to existing stars and make them into a team. I mean having a tag team comprised of 2 guys with obivously different wrestling styles.
