is kurt angle going to raw after wm 21 and what date is the draft on???

i heard that he might be going to raw on the day of the draft and when is the draft date??? orton isnt leaving raw he is taking time off after wm 21 so this might be a storyline for wm 21. look for undertaker to injure his arm but orton will still win. ps taker sucks!!!
