Is this a scam?

I was going to ask my mom for the info to confirm it, but then I realized it looks really fishy. I'm going to call tomorrow but maybe you guys could save me some time.

I got this email:

From: eBay [accounts@eBay.com]

You have added phoneseller@yahoo.com as a new email address for your eBay account.

If you did not authorize this change or if you need assistance with your account, please contact eBay customer service at: http://scgi.ebay.com/verify_id=ebay

eBay Email ID PP007


When I went to the site it asked me to confirm all of this information (and the site looked authentic), but it was asking for credit card info, drivers liscense #'s, a bunch of stuff that I don't think I ever told eBay about in the first place.
