WWE superstars have already commented on the situation.

Chris Benoit is quoted as saying 'Well that's what you get for stealing another man's woman'.

Although the incident immediately seemed to help Edge's career, it appears that his position in the company took a huge nosedive after Triple H voiced his concerns to management. He is said to have claimed that the incident would damage backstage moral, and ultimately create problems. Many believe that Edge's recent refusal to cut his hair was a major factor in Triple H speaking out against him.
