Some AIM virus...

DO NOT CLICK ANY OF THE LINKS ON THIS THREAD.

A friend of mine contracted some type of virus on AIM. What it does is sends this:
load http://home.earthlink.net/~two4tea/m...12-0000080.exe mc-110-12-0000080.exe 1 -s

over and over to everyone on their buddy list. Any ideas on how to fix it?
