ECW House Party PPVs

One of ECW's PPVs that they ran from 1996 to 1999 was named House Party, but was there any reason given for why it was named that?

Also, in ECW did New Jack have matches with any of these people and if so, when?:

Raven, Sabu, Sandman, Taz, Shane Douglas, Rob Van Dam

House Party was just a name they used for an event they held in January. Much in the same vein the WWE uses names like WrestleMania, No Way Out, etc. It's obviously called "House Party" because it was always held in the ECW Arena.
