Movie Music-related question (Chasing Amy)
At the beginning of Chasing Amy, there's a cover of a Cars Song (Let's Go, I think).
I didn't notice a movie soundtrack online, I'm wondering if it was released anywhere officially. I checked Soulseek with no luck (thus far, anyways). The artist's name was something like Ernio Isley according to the credits. Sometimes the credits to a movie are wrong though (God took a picture, the end theme to Highlander 3, was by Nuno and Suze DeMarchi, despite saying Extreme. ).
“There are two novels that can change a bookish fourteen-year old’s life: The Lord of the Rings and Atlas Shrugged. One is a childish fantasy that often engenders a lifelong obsession with its unbelievable heroes, leading to an emotionally stunted, socially crippled adulthood, unable to deal with the real world. The other, of course, involves orcs.”--John Rogers |

It's on this album: Rubaiyat: Elektra's 40th Anniversary, which came out in 1990 on Elektra and is a v/a album. And it's Ernie Isley, not Ernio.
There's 15 or so used copies avaliable on Amazon.com if you're really desperate to get one track.

Pfffft.
I avoided getting the compilation once before... Think I'll just try and find it for download. Rubiyat wasn't anything I really wanted to get. And yes, you gets your credit... |
