How did the Terry Funk vs. Sabu feud start?

I've always wondered what started the Terry Funk vs. Sabu feud which lead up to their infamous barbed wire match in ECW?

In addition, what was the cause behind these ECW feuds:

- Gangstas vs. Eliminators
- Raven & Stevie Richards vs. Pitbulls
- Tommy Dreamer vs. CW Anderson
- Rhino vs. Sandman
- Sabu vs. Sandman
- Stevie Richards vs. Luna Vachon
- Lance Storm vs. Rob Van Dam

I'm fairly certain Storm-RVD feud just began randomely after a bunch of injuries to the ECW roster. Like Barely Legal Storm was supposed to wrestle Candido, but he was hurt. Then at Guilty as Charged 99 a large portion of the PPV was changed last minute because of numerous injuries and because Tanaka couldn't make it in for the show. PLus, later on they feuded for the tag team belts.
