Wrestling Society X to go Head-to-Head with ECW

This of course means that the show will go up head-to-head with ECW on Sci Fi. MTV will air ten episodes of the show which will combine wrestling with live music performances. Bands confirmed for the series include Deftones, Good Charlotte, and New Found Glory. The wrestling end of the show will be handled by Big Vision producer Kevin Klinerock, Vampiro, and Cody Michaels. Klinerock is a former XPW official and Vampiro will act as head writer for the project. Wrestling talent confirmed for the project includes Ruckus, Vampiro, Sean Waltman, Jack Evans, Matt Sydal, Lizzy Valentine, Teddy Hart, The Human Tornado, Dragon's Gate stars Masato Yoshino and Genki Horiguchi, Colt Cabana, Jimmy Jacobs, Ricky Banderas, Aaron Aguilera, B-Boy and others. The series was taped in its entirety last month in Los Angeles.

Not a bad line-up, to be honest. I think this could be real good.
