your 'dream' UFC card
i havnt bought a UFC ppv since UFC 63 Hughes-Penn. i was gonna get Lidell-Ortiz II, but my buddy got it. and since then, the cards just havnt captured my interest enough to pay the 40 bucks.

these are some matches that would capture my interest:

Rashad Evans - Tito Ortiz

Chuck Lidell - Quintin Jackson II

BJ Penn - Sean Shirk

Forest Griffin - Kieth Jardeen II

Anderson Sylva - Rich Franklyn II

Diego Sanchez - Matt Hughes

Kenny Florian - Melvin Guillard ( because i like seeing Melvin get his ass kicked )

Karo Perisian - George St. Pierre

Its happening at next months event. 71 I believe is Saturday...so 72 I guess it is will have that match.

Most of those fights are either happening or probably will happen in the next year or so. Rashad and Tito, Chuck and Quinton. If BJ can ace Jens at the end of the finally, that fight with Sherk wouldnt be far gone. If Anderson beats Marquardt in July, the fight with Rich will happen. I would be suprised if Melvin will even fight in the UFC in the next year or so after testing positive for cocaine use. Diego and Hughes would be interesting, but I think I would rather see Hughes roll with Koscheck. Either way, both fights would be sweet to watch. I think as far as Keith and Forrest are concerned, let them fight other 205's out there. That division is super-stacked, and I think a better fight could be made then a rematch.

I want to see Chuck and Mauricio Rua go at it.

Lidell/Rua would be good. Especially after I seen the way Rua handled Jackson over in pride.
