...in the .00001% chance that the Benoit case comes back as a triple homicide, would WWE splash Chris Benoit memorials all over their website and television shows or do you think the steroid situation is too volatile for them to ever mention his name again?

What's done is done. They would be more likely to have some sort of tribute to him at some point but the time for "splashing tributes" is over even if by some crazy chance, it turned out as a triple homicide. They would probably just add his name back to all the stuff on WWE.com... that's it.

IF it did happen they would probably want to put him in the HOF.

But it's obviously extremely unlikely.
