Exclamation Gang Starr is prolly the most underrated Hip Hop act of all time..
Dj Premeire's beats are pretty much untuched on groovy laidback NYC shit.. Guru's flow is flawless and comes across as effortless.. I dunno, if any of you claim to be Hip Hop fans but don't listen to Gang Starr something is bad wrong..

I was under the impression that were amongst the greatest of all time.

Unless you are talking about them being underrated amonst all the crunk and shit like MIMS and Rich Boy that the kids listen to these days.
