I really want to see a John Cena vs. William Regal feud. I've been saying it since Regal came to RAW, but after this week's happenings, there is even more potential there.

The beat-down of Regal was one of the few times in recent memory I have felt any emotion watching WWE programming. I genuinely felt sorry for Regal as he told Cena to back off, and Cena didn't, sucker punching him, trapping his arms so he couldn't defend himself, and then beating the crap out of him. When Regal returns, he should be out for Cena's blood.

Besides the storyline, there are other benefits from Regal working with Cena. For one, Regal would help polish Cena, and teach him about the intricacies of a wrestling match. Plus, I would just laugh to see Regal stiff Cena for a bit.

Some may have lost their love for William Regal after he was proven a hypocrite, but nearly everyone in the business is these days. Regal was just towing the company line, and he got caught in a lie. The man is still one of the best wrestlers under WWE contract, and personality-wise, he pretty much blows everyone else out of the water, as well.

John Cena vs. William Regal for No Mercy, regardless of whether or not John Cena is WWE Champion. For once, I would actually be interested in a John Cena match.
