How can you hate on TNA?

Now a 2 bit, half assed promotion would go one of 2 ways to establish a Number 1 Contender.

1) A Battle Royal with the winner becoming No1 Contender

or

2) A knockout tournament with the eventual winner becoming No1 Contender.


But a proper promotion like TNA does it properly. They go the extra mile!

First they have a 16 man "reverse" Battle Royal to get down to an 8 Man "standard" Battle Royal. Then, when 6 of those men are thrown back over the top rope they have a 1 on 1 match to decide the winner.

Top quality entertainment!

But where a shitty company like WWE would leave you wanting more, TNA actually give you more!

You see, the winner of that 3 staged match has only won himself the right to be "Top Seed" in a knockout tournament featuring the 8 men originally in the "standard" Battle Royal!

Genius!

All we need now is for the 4 men progressing past the first round of knockouts to have a Fatal Fourway to decide a winner and we've covered all the bases for deciding a Number One Contender.




Although knowing TNA it'll end up being someone that wasn't even amongst the 16 men for the "reverse" Battle Royal!
