I'm really digging Jamie Noble

Since he's returned to the WWE, Jamie Noble has been given a more generic look, more generic music, and not had the promo time or ring time to really develop into anything meaningful. He was in the same position as a Funaki or Scotty 2 Hotty. His most recent stuff has been fantastic, though. Perhaps it's because he got promoted, and the WWE wants to get the most out of their two paychecks, but Jamie Noble is doing fantastic in his current role.

Watching SmackDown! this week, just his t-shirt had me loving him.

"NOBLE
2

PULAMBO
0"

Also, it helps that Michelle McCool is very, very hot, and JBL is a great commentator.

Michael Cole: Noble's not the smartest guy. Look how he spelled "Palumbo." He spelled it wrong.

JBL: I'm surprised he spelled "2" right...

Jamie Noble has been on fire recently, and I'm digging his program with Chuck Palumbo and Michelle McCool. That is all.

Pfft

I agree. He's been golden in his backstage segments, and his matches have been pretty good too. What did he get promoted to, btw?

I barely watch Smackdown, but what little I've seen involving Jamie Noble lately has been pretty good. Too bad this is WWE and he's going to end up jobbing in 3 months, then get released, only to be rehired 9 months later.

Jamie Noble is a great guy to have in your company.. it's just too bad WWE will pretty much only push hosses. It's a shame they won't use him properly, consistently, for a few years straight. He could have some pretty memeroable feuds and matches.

I believe the WWE made him a road agent/producer. He was supposed to be helping plan out the cruiserweights' matches, but with that division scrapped (at least for the moment), who knows if he still has it. I haven't heard of him losing his position as an agent, though.

I remember reading somewhere that as a wrestler/producer, Finlay gets two paychecks, so I assumed it would be the same for Noble.

I believe Michael Cole actually took a shot at Nidia on SmackDown! this week. It may not have been intended as such, but I had a little chuckle in my head.

Michael Cole: Jamie Noble wants a date with Michelle McCool...which would have to be the hottest woman Jamie Noble has ever dated.

His height and size in general do work against him, but getting three wins over Chuck Palumbo (who was getting wins quite consistently) shows that the WWE at least values him, as does his promotion to road agent status. His promo skills are actually pretty good. I mean, as far as annoying redneck accents goes, his promos are as tolerable as they could be. I also mark out for Noble's t-shirts.

I'm not claiming the guy will ever be a World Champion (in the WWE, anyway), but I think he may end up being the WWE's answer to Dean Malenko (ironically, the same man who trained Jamie Noble). That cruiserweight who is "too small" to do much of anything, but manages to climb out of the cruiserweight division and actually win the US and Tag Team Titles. Noble is yet to do that, but I don't see any reason why he couldn't.

I've NEVER seen Jamie Noble have a bad match, he's awesome, his ROH work was amazing.

he has great charisma, I can't see him getting higher in the card than he is right now, but he's established himself outside of the generic Cruiser (see Shannon Moore) and thus has a decent spot
