Xbox 360 questions
Whats the difference between a 12 month subcription
![]() and a 12 month Gold Card ![]() Should i pick up Call of Duty 4 or should i wait for World at War? It dont matter who did what to who at this point. The fact is, we went to war. And now there aint no going back. It's what war is you know? Once you're in it, you're in it. If it's a lie, then we fight on that lie, but we gotta fight! |

I am not sure but I think that first one is for regular Xbox.
The gold one is for 360. |

The 1st one was for an original XBox, the 2nd a 360. The original XBox one came with a headset.

Plug and Play Battery Pack (or just spring for the charging station) and that's really it. The wireless headset is probably my best buy on accessory wise though. And if you want to play further from a router then you'll probably just want to pick up the wireless adapter (although there are cheaper alternatives).

If you want to map yourself on a player, you can get the vision camera. If you didn't get a premium or Elite 360 then you'll probably want to buy a headset to play online.
Oh, and the play and charge kit for the wireless pad really saves on batteries. |

Just make sure you get the premium one or whatever that comes with the hard drive. That is all you really need.

Yeah you can, wtf are you talking about DS. You don't need that shit at all. Just a controller and hard drive and you're good. It comes with everything you need. Maybe get a wireless network adapter if you NEED it, like if your router is in another room or something and you can't just plug it in. But that's it really.

Yeah you don't need that either. It makes the controller heavy and it's dumb. Just use regular batteries, they are not that expensive.

Didn't mean that you NEED any of that. But the plug and play will save you money, the charging station doesn't require you to plug up your control if you play often, the wireless headset is leaps over the wired one if you play online regularly, and the wireless adapter is helpful if your router is not near your console.
I figured the term "accessories" made it pretty clear that they are optional. Last edited by DS; 09-09-2008 at 08:29 PM. |

I agree with AAA. The battery life on the controller is long. And really, don't waste $ on a wireless headset. I hardly even use my headset as it is, and when I do the wire isn't THAT bad. You don't even notice it when you're into your game.
