It worked, but each artist has its own folder which is kinda gay, anyone to get all the files into just one folder?

Folder options, display hidden files, right click on your iPod in My Computer and drag 'em off. They will all come out with strange names (example 'IJXOK') but if you import them all into iTunes, all the right artist, album, song names etc will be right
