Divas and Drug Policy

Not a single woman has ever been contested by WWE's drug testing policy despite everything's that gone down over the last few years, specifically noting the various drug busts. A few had to be customers of Signature Pharmacy at one point.

Why is it that no Diva has been suspended? I have no idea why. It doesn't make sense to me.
