He was going for his press slam into the powerslam like he always does and wasn't able to catch him and had to improvise.

Actually no, goldberg over the last lot of months has been doing variations of the gorilla pres into other moves. One of which is the gorilla press into a spinebuster, he's done it to orton quite a few times. Thats obviously what he went for but caught lesnar a bit akwardly.

It's going to take Brock doing the Press for the crowd to turn around. Fact is though, if I were Brock I wouldn't do the shit. The fans were being bastards from the open, before it even started. Man, what a step-down from last year. I mean, Brock/Angle was a MotY candidate, and from what you guys are saying, this one was a shitfest.

Honestly, can you imagine the reaction Benoit would've gotten if he made Brock tap out in this match? The place would've damn near exploded! Instead, Benoit's gonna be buried in the main event, and Brock and Goldberg are on the receiving end of one of the most brutal crowds this side of ECW. Poor fella.

Yeah are SO right! It should have been Lesnar-Benoit. Lesnar would've had so much heat. Benoit would have got the reaction of the night had he faced Brock tonite in the main event for the title and won.
