Do the ladder matches always take so long because it takes ages to pull the damn belt down or is it just me?

That is exactly why. I think they should have kept the old system where you just button mashed until you came down with it. The old system of just 1st to touch the belt wins and the new system of the draining meter are just horrible.

It doesn't make any sense when you are holding on to the belt for ages and it looks like you have frozen.

I think it should be more like LoW, where the fight is to actually get up the ladder. Once you're up, you unclip the belt and its yours.

That way, it seems more like an actual ladder match. At the start its easy to climb the ladder, but you'll be lucky to make it with your opponent(s) so fresh.

Although later in the match, your opponents will be weaker, but so will you. If you manage to get up the ladder before they get to you, the belt is yours.

I've said it on here before, but where as the overall game sucked a little, there are some things they could definately implement into the SvR series such as the ladder match, the cage door, the size of the HIAC(and the thumbtacks), and the Royal Rumble system.

Unlocked two fantastic wrestlers 'Masked Man' and 'Tony'. What a day. It actually made it more of a mark out moment when I unlocked Snitsky, however, after those two disappointments.
