I do read the name. In the millisecond between my thumb heading to the A button and the A button being pressed, the name actually moved to another part of the name list.

There have also been times in the past where players weren't listed at all. I'd be looking right at CoDPlaya420 or whatever and he'd be on my radar but his name isn't on the list of people to set a bounty on.

Lindsay Lohan allegedly is filing a lawsuit against Rockstar claiming the studio used her likeness without permission for the game. The basis for the lawsuit involves the image of the woman holding a phone on the box art and another character in the game during a certain hotel mission.

Mayhem last night.

I learned how to duplicate cars, though. I have Franklins Buffalo and some truck covered with snow in my Online garage now. The Buffalo is worth $75,000 at Los Santos Customs. I duped and sold 4 of them.

^^ Yup. Sometimes it's really childish and horrible, sometimes it's alot of fun. Depends on the mix of players.

Update: They patched quite a bit. The car duplicating that I learned was fixed, so no more of that. Shit...My Buffalo is worth $75,000 and I was liking duping/selling that bad boy. Also, the snow covered truck I had is now gone due to the patch. Apparently alot of people found that their special cars disappeared.

The "creation" stuff seems fairly deep and time consuming, so I didn't try them yet.

basically, the glitch is easy enough to do. You replay the Prologue mission up until after you get the money and leave the facility. Once outside, kill the first two cops and have someone invite you into an Online session (Invite Only) then have the other player go back to Single player and play the prologue the same way, then reinvite them. Both players should then be able to see the area from the Los Santos Airport. You then have to fly a plane or take a helicopter to fly over.

NOTE: I'd take a helicopter only because its a snowy area and I had a tough time landing a plane....Well, only because I took the C130 the first time. Make sure that you keep the vehicle nearby as there are no other vehicles in the area (You can have the Mechanic bring you a vehicle at certain times of the day, apparently).

Its a cool enough diversion, but I think you have to redo the prologue and go through the Invite mallarcky to do it again next time you're Online.

Anyone else enjoying the latest update? I'm having a blast designing my own deathmatches, pretty cool. Golf course is a great map to customize.

Been alot of that lately. They've found a way to mod a file within their save-game that allows moding the amount of money you get from holding up liquor stores, amount gotten from selling cars, etc. It's fucking stupid.

Another patch is forthcoming within the next day or so. ALOT of big fixes. I was also watching a video on the punishment for hacking/purposely glitching. Apparently, a player could get banned from Public Sessions for up to 30 days and possibly being locked from using your apartment/garage during that time.

could have been their servers or Xbox Live. I tried to play Forza 4 online and it kept giving me a "NAT setting compatibility" error. Turned my console off then back on, tried again, then it was fine.

What's the highest Wave you've reached in Survival? I can't seem to break Wave 10 no matter who I play with. The payout is very nice as long as we have 4 people.

Possibly. Ive yet to get through that Wave.

My fave map is Processed. It seems to offer some of the better cover spots, but today everything seemed ALOT harder. Did they up the difficulty with this latest update?

Yeah the AI is great in it. The Sandy Shores is pretty hard. Staying in the same place really works to your disadvantage as they remember where you like to hide and nail you.
