GOD DAMN IT!!!!!!!!!!!

OK, I came out striking beautifully. I took him to the ground on a reversal. He got me in that very position I was talking about. I EASILY reversed out of it. Ended up back on our feet and I was just putting the works in on him. He was already in the red in the first round while I was still in the green. It was fucking redemption time for Colton "The Grim Reaper" Grundy.

Then, the retarded happened.

I tried to move towards him, but I guess I accidentally pressed down on the L3 button in my excitement. I ran towards him like a spastic and he head kicked my lights out.

0-3 versus Kevin Harris. I think I might need to start a new career.

Thanks for the tips though, guys. It definitely worked.

Dunno why I said reversals in my post, I meant transistions. But yeah, what works for me is as they go to strike, rotate the stick from 5 to 12. They might just keep pushing you back down sometimes but most of the time, you should come out

I'm waiting until the patch comes out. I have 0 DNF, and every time I play a ranked match and win, the other guy quits.

The couple times that people haven't quit, I've actually taken the time to shoot them a mail thanking them not for being complete dicks.

yeah I found out yesterday no matter how good your CAW is at submissions you really can not be the computer in career mode.

Had to just lose the fight against diaz after like 6 tries. I did beat franca for the title though

what style do you have on the ground? there are always always ways to beat the computer. the only one i ever had difficulty with was matt hughes because his transition blocking is insane, but then i learnt reversals and i could dick him too.

Finished my last CAW career (welterweight) with 15(tko's), 13 (sub's), and 1 decision (I think) (+ 4 losses ). My best recommendation is if you're using BJJ spend two training sessions points devoted to Sub Defence, once that's boosted it helps alot.

On a related note, I got 14 subs in that career yet not one Sub of the night...

if you have BJJ + 100 sub skills just get them in the single arm clutch and then apply an armbar right at the beginning of the fight. i got submission wins in like 20 seconds doing that and i always got fight and sub of the night for them.

I'm Kickboxing and BJJ I fought the same dude (Nate Diaz) again and instead of working on defense sparred on strait stand up offense and got a first round KO. I did escape out of one of his subs too.

wow just beat someone in 30 seconds.....my last 9 fights have been really easy. Is this common with every one as fights go on?

BJ Penn keeps bitchin after he loses to me too. I guess this game is like real life.

yeah the game gets really easy the more you get into it. if you have it on beginner anyway.

Ill be excited for it to come out cause hopefully the old one will go down in price..

im just hoping they change the attribute system. if the best way to make my fighter have a high score is by spamming uppercuts in training and then losing the fights i'm not gonna bother with it.

Bought this months ago and still haven't played it, didn't like the controls after 2 minutes so sort of gave up on it. Really should either play it or sell it or something.
