I really enjoyed RAW. Nexus looked pretty good. I'm just happy that this is far from over. The idea of "re-building" Nexus since they failed at Summerslam is a great idea to keep things fresh and interesting. I guess this way at Survior Series we'll have a revamped and "stronger than ever" Nexus team. Cool idea

RAW's side of NOC looks great so far with the Orton/Sheamus rematch and Miz/Danielson

I'll just say this: It was a solid RAW for what it's worth, save for the gay guest host segments. I never thought I'd say it but the diva match toward the end was really a welcome breath of fresh air for once, because even though it was a pretty great show, the matches were obviously very one-dimensional and at times felt a little heavy on the "anyonymous G.M. e-mails" and guest host segments, with a slight dose of lame-to-mediocre attempts at comedy thrown in. Hopefully next week will see some improvements though, as we begin the road to Night of Champions in just under 5 weeks from now.

I went to the Title History section of WWE.COM to try and get a better picture of the new belts but the best I got was tiny.

I would really love to have a proper look at them, but I hope they do what they did when the ECW Championship got a new design and put up a couple of photos showing it off.

But while I was at the Title History section, I noticed that the belts continue on the World Tag Team Championship's history, which is good. I thought it would be a shame to lose almost 40 years of history to a new design.

Agreed. But at the same time I am a little sadden by the fact that the Smackdown's WWE Tag Team titles aren't linked to them.

They're "linked" to both brands, dude. They were the Unified Tag Team Championships, now they've gone back to being called just the WWE Tag Team Championships. They can still be defended on both brands, they just have a new name and design.

Amazing show last night. that's a fucking wrestling show. felt like a 2 hour movie. you had everything revolving around 1 angle, with multiple players. When a wreslting show is like that, I LOVE it. Orton and Miz get the co MVP's of last night. Loved the run in by Miz and Riley especially. Orton going nuts with the chair was awesome.

We all saw the Darren Young thing coming, but it made sense. That guy sucked.

Looked like Gabriel hurt himself a little on that splash

Darren Young didn't look half bad last night.

Not a fan by any means but he showed that at least he has a shred of potential.

I think Young has more than just a shred of potential. In his defense, he hasn't actually been booked credibly since Nexus came about.

I think this may be a turning point for his character if the writers can legitmately come up with something for him to do. He could be a tweener in the sense that he doesn't feel at home nor is welcomed with WWE yet has a now justifiable disdain for Nexus.

Agreed. But seeing as he had been the one who had been getting jobbed out since Nexus' inception, there was really no contest as to what member wouldn't make it.

I do agree with what was stated earlier that the entire show (sans the GM email and the horrible guest host fodder) was written pretty darn well. The show had a lot and stuck to it with everything revolving around Nexus and team WWE.

The interesting part is where they will go with Darren Young from here. Daniel Bryan is pretty much guaranteed to transition away from the Nexus angle and into a feud with the Miz, which could open a spot for Young to get pushed as a face trying to gain retribution against Nexus.

I'm very intrigued to the point that I don't want to read the spoilers.

I'm amazed that there weren't more cries about "They redesigned the wrong belt" in this thread.

Thinking forward: With there only 1 set of tag belts now, and the holders of the belts on Raw, how easy is it gonna be for Michael Hayes to not bother putting together any "real" tag team matches?

Not sure if the same "rules" apply to these belts as the last ones, i.e they can move between both shows. Not that the "rules" really matter, and not that the Hart Dynasty are going to SD!, but just curious.

I hope they unify the Women's belts at the PPV. Between both brands, they could have a solid division, but the two belts with split rosters is crap.
