That's part of the problem. The match just started, and it's coming off like the end of a hard fought match. When it's 3 minutes into the match and both guys are acting dead, it just seems really odd. Maybe I'm spoiled by the HBK/Taker matches, but those matches built to a climax. This sort of blew it's load early.

Well they're definitely taking the all out brawl approach to this. The big spots could just be an excuse to slow things down for two guys who probably have questionable conditioning right now.

Dunno, wouldn't surprise me if this is just one big load blow with a million finishes with them both being built as practically invincible in the build up. A standard, well paced match building to something almost wouldn't feel right, especially if they're both not gonna be around full time.
