He could have been being a dick, he could have been taking a misguided shot at WWE, he could have not known the severity of Edge's injury, he could have thought it was a work yadda yadda yadda. Ignorance isn't really a good excuse for being a douche. He didn't feel the need to "clarify" his comments until he was bombarded by tweets about how off base his comment was. If his original intention was not to cheapen the legitimacy of Edge's injury, then he would have clarified his statement, without any provocation whatsoever.

Eating some butterfinger ice cream to try to get some of those motha fuckin calories back. I agree with everyone's premise that Hulk Hogan is a douche, however, this was not a direct flame at all towards Edge.
