Having a different set of rules for playoffs and regular season is idiotic. Also adapting the College Football rules for overtime is equally dumb.

I don't either. I don't like college OT. Mainly because you give teams the ball at the opponents 30 and the score gets inflated. It takes a lot of defense out of the outcome.

Overtime isn't supposed to be fair. The old standard was that if you don't like the overtime rules win the game in regulation. Though pussies have won the day and now everybody gets a chance .
