Kurt Angle in a match between 2 of the 3 greatest ever technical wrestlers in the industry

P.S. in case you hadn't noticed i'm still pissed that Jericho somehow managed to defeat Undertaker several rounds back!

Winner: Shawn Michaels (even though i like Y2J he really never deserved to get this far especially considering the other big names who have been knocked out)

Winner: Kurt Angle (a pity, these 2 probably deserve to be in the final and it is a really close call but Angle takes the win based solely on pure charisma which the Hitman just couldn't match, its true its true!)

Shawn Michaels 22 vs. Chris Jericho 30


These two men put on a match that surpassed their first encounter at Wrestlemania 19. The match was full of quick reversals and near falls. Shawn looked to have it won at 25:36 when he hit Sweet Chin Music but Jericho kicked out at 2 and a half. Jericho in turn thought the match was his when he hit the Lionsault at 30:52 but Shawn kicked out. Finally the end came with Jericho reversing an HBK attempted superplex into a High Crossbody, scoring the 3 count.

Match 2

Bret Hart 28 vs. Kurt Angle 24

A Match made in Heaven as the Excellence of Execution took on The Olympic Gold Medalist. This match was all old school technical wrestling. Plenty of counters and exciting submission holds. Angle managed to hit the Angle slam twice in the match but never was able to put Bret down. Bret would gain the advantage at 45:36 and score the submission victory with the Sharpshooter at 53:56 after a brutal back-breaker. After the match Chris Jericho came out and the two Canadians hugged in the ring. Shawn Michaels tried to ruin the moment but quickly got beat down by Jericho and Hart
