Shane was fine. He sounded normal to me. Not so rehearsed as most of the promos we get.

RAW was underwhelming again. Fans were real quiet too.

The problem is, they haven't earned much equity with a lot of crowds. While there wasn't much technically wrong with the show, they still only have themselves to blame for this. Don't get me wrong, fuck that crowd.... but this is a symptom of a bigger problem and I believe they have shot themselves in the foot enough that even when they do put on a decent RAW (and it was decent, not amazing), certain crowds maybe just don't feel the product they've paid for has earned a reaction.

Mind you, Vince is going to blame all the NXT call ups for this. But this one was dead in the water, early and often.

Really wish that was not rushed due to time constraints. Would have loved if there was a extra 10 minuts but it still hyped me up for the match.

Raw didn't seem awful @everyone... crowd was utter piss, but Dolph/HHH match was good... a surprisingly competent Roman Reigns segment... could've been worse

Raw didn't seem awful @everyone... crowd was utter piss, but Dolph/HHH match was good... a surprisingly competent Roman Reigns segment... could've been worse

But for me the crowd reaction really accounts for much of the experience. Really creates the atmosphere even (almost particularly) when watching on tv.

Ya. When you put shit in for months then the crowd isn't coming in with a lot of energy. But if they keep this up then, maybe, the Raw before Mania will have the crowd popping.

Whilst I'm here, thoughts on the show:

- New Day is always good, but felt the opening promo was a little flat. Seems like they (WWE) are trying to make them faces without an actual turn, which seems like a waste.

- Average match, but the LON seems to suck the excitement out of the air. Which sucks because they are all actually really good workers, just not together in a boring and bland stable.

- The post match beat down went to long, and felt very disjointed.

- Ambrose is over as fuck, if he doesn't get a monster push at mania/post mania, the WWE is missing the ball. Dude is money.

- Heyman/Lesnar is usually good, but this face vs face fued seems to be limiting everyone involved

- Not hating the Ryback vs Kalisto stuff, but I think Sin Cara needs to turn as well. Make it a triple threat at Mania and things could be a little more interesting. Maybe take the lower half off of Sin Caras mask so he can talk/show some expression. Dunno

- Letting Steph take the lead in the promo is smart, since the crowd will just cheer multi H. Everything about this fued feels forced, its like theyre burying there heads in the sand. This background fued with Dolph is strange, but if there is an actual payoff for him it could be interesting.

-Cool to have Zayn finally on RAW, I originally figured WM would be a multi man ladder match for the IC title with Zayn, Owens, Neville, Miz, Jericho, AJ, but with Neville injured I guess it goes back to 5. The build for all of this over the past few months has been really well done, kinda low key though.

- Good match between Zayn and Miz, builds the fueds nicely.

- LON is a (accidental) comedy that's tragic. Kinda feel like if they turned face they would basically be the Social Outcasts (except people enjoy the Social Outcasts)

- ugh Brie Mode, just terrible. Naomi is so under rated its awful. Will be interesting to see if she can hold the 3 vs 3 match together at WM. Also, against popular opinion, I actually enjoy Namois theme

- Social Outcasts really need a fued of some sort. Not sure with who(m) though. Also I feel like they should add a Diva to the group. No idea who though.

- Ah yes, let the shoehorning of talent into WM matches begin. Paige teaming with the Bellas makes no sense.

- Charlotte is getting pretty good on the mic, actually seems to be comfortable now. Triple threat at mania should be awesome if they give them enough time.

- Job Squad 2.0 back in form, USOS doing everything they can to make the crowd give as hoot. Dudleys on commentary is good, nothing spectacular though.

- Hope there is more to the Ambrose/Foley deal. Awesome seeing the barbedballbat back in action. Ambrose is clearly top dog at the moment, no one on the roster is close.

- Ziggler Vs HHH is alright, obviously playing it safe considering WM is 3 weeks away though. Would like to see them have an actual PPV match, where they can go all out. Good chemistry between them.

- LOL crowd hates Reigns. Props to him for ignoring it and trying his best. Strange finish to the beatdown, its like they realised it wasn't the close of the show, so they just had to have multi H walk off.

- Also the ref tripping on the box, and hopping away might have been the funniest thing all night. Especially when he comes back just to stand in the background and add noise.

- Jacqueline being in the HOF makes sense, being in Texas. I wonder if they will show a (censored) boob shot.

- The Goldust/Truth stuff started off funny, but Truth is better being the accidental comedic one of the two. Pull the trigger and team them, or just join them with Social Outcasts I guess.

- Solid promo by Jericho, he's really hitting his strides lately. probably his best work since Serious Suit Jericho.

- Decent match, besides Neville getting injured. Jericho is such a good performer/ring general. With Charles Robinson flubbing the changed finish, he took control of the situation perfectly (though was also clearly annoyed with CR). Taking the mic at the end to distract from Neville being injured/giving backstage some time to get AJ ready was perfect.

- Phenomenal Forearm (Phorearm?) is kinda ehhh, but I guess it could be worse. Feel like the announcers are gonna flub it a lot.

- Crowd is alive for Vince/UT/Shane, but its gonna be a hard sell to keep Shane even vaguely looking like he has a chance. UT should definitely go over at WM, and if he is going to lose one more WM match it should be to someone who will use the boost. Rollins would be my choice, but that's another matter.

- Kinda average RAW, the crowd really emphasized the lack of care everyone seems to have overall going into WM. Seems like the Authority are trying to claim that theyre making it crappy on purpose, because its best for business. Hope it picks up after WM.

- Also no Wyatts, kinda strange. Maybe they just want everyone to forget about them for a while.

TBH Gonna have to drop RAW to 3/7 due to a) Not enough Odds being overcome
b)Not enough obstacles being hurdled c) Not enough digging down deep
