They are doing a good job so far. Problem with Cena's rise was there was not alot of legit compeition against him.

Let's go Roman/AJ Styles is alot better in the long term than Let's Go Roman/Roman Sucks.

As much as I hate to say it, they should probably cut Jack Swagger too. Having big former World Champions around that are now presented like shit isn't good. He's another guy that could get a lot more polish on the indy scene and come roaring back if he finds a measure of aggression.

Fucking hot ending to RAW. Feels like an old Attitude era story. It's a bit stupid if Reigns doesn't acknowledge his boys hitting Styles with the chair first, but now respect has gone out the window and all bets are off. Feel like Gallows & Anderson should have a parking lot brawl with The Usos earlier in the show, or that the PPV Kickoff should just feature them fighting because they can't control their budding hatred for each other.

The problem is that's probably going to happen. The announcers basically ignored that fact after it occurred. I'm sure Reigns, etc., and the announce team (except for MAYBE JBL) will likely continue on ignoring it in the weeks to come. That's the problem with the let's just ignore the heel/face dynamic, especially re: main event scene. Unfortunately, in the long run it take so much drama, etc. out of everything.

Some of the angle is clunky but I like the general idea of it. If they pace the 2 properly and keep making it personal there will be a great amount of heat going into extreme rules. Roman cheapshotting AJ and throwing him through the table is the stuff he should be doing. Fuck the overcoming the odds bullshit.

I kind of wish that instead of interviewing Sami Zayn on SmackDown, Jericho makes this feud with Ambrose really personal and digs into Ambrose's life. I don't know whether you'd use Renee Young or what. Ambrose has mentioned a sister he couldn't protect in promos in the past, or something like that. There's this really personal element that is missing that Mitch doesn't quite provide.

Didn't watch much tonight but the ending sounded good.

Lots of rematches on Extreme Rules but they all make sense rather than it just feeling like lazy booking. A novel concept on WWE's part.

Really want Stardust to become a bit obsessed with Apollo Crews after losing to him twice this past week. Stardust does the old "Stardust Section" stuff with Crews, but sits in the crowd and holds up "Crews Crew" signs. Crews could even bit Viktor, who has that Stardust association.

Considering how much the WWE has struggled to make both titles strong at the same time or for long periods of time, a unification match would be the best thing to happen.

Ideally Owens needs to win since it would set up the perfect opportunity for Sami to get that big win moment over Owens later in a feud. Cena losing a feud would also give a huge rub to Owens' status that was lacking from their first feud together.
