Ppvs have been nothing but glorified raws for years now. The only real difference being people are more likely to kick out of finishers multiple times at ppv than they are on raw. Unless your name is John Cena obviously.

I can honestly say I liked the product for the most part from the 2016 brand split until the Rumble or so. Even the "meh" Raws weren't as horribly boring as they were for years before then, or are now.
