Randy Orton has two things that seperate him from most wrestlers on Raw.

1)He is good/near great on the mic

2)He has a presence in the ring and has pretty good wrestling skills.

Only other mid level to main event Wrestlers on Raw that have these two attributes:

HHH,Jericho,Shawn Micheals,Christian.

Flair used to but he is to old now
