I created a retarded version of Sonic the Hedgehog last night and just did his moveset this morning. It was fun.

For GM Mode, I'm gonna do an all CAW once I get everyone. Sonic is gonna be paired up with Knuckles and they're gonna feud with Men Without Hats for the tag titles

You asking me for pics of Sonic? If so, I don't know how I can. You need some kind of device that I don't have, right? I could play you with him online.

Basically, he's dressed in all blue and he has leg and arm paint. It's white squiggly's. He has white hands (gloves) and red sneakers. He has a mask with a blue horn. On his stomach and back he has a square brown smudge. He kind of looks like the evil mailbox from Toejam and Earl. I hope thats a good description.

His entrance is killer. He starts out with aerobics, then he does the Paul London sprint to the ring, does the aerobic dive through the bottom rope, then the Paul London backflip off the rope. He has London's music, too. His moves are all speed and luchadore.

i'm owning smackdown in GM mode ATM, just after survivor series, without cheaing at all. I also got my CAW from 20 popularity to 93 or so. I don't know why so many people find it so hard, you just gotta let smackdown steal your fans during the weekly shows and then kill them at every payperview.

ROFL, I'm Randy Orton as a ref in an online game right now, went for the RKO on Taker on top of the Hell in a Cell, and I didn't complete it, I overshot it and flew off the Cell!

That's what made it so funny. He was about to hit the neckbreaker portion and just slipped off the side while Taker kept standing. It almost looked like he threw me off.

that shit is annoying and always happens at the top of the cell =\

NEVER happens in the gamecube wrestlers... HIAC match is something the gamecube wrestlers have always had over the ps2 ones

What, it's annoying that you have to do moves away from the edge of the cell? I think it's more realistic that way. I laugh out loud when I forget to judge the distance and then fall off if I'm too close. I simply tell myself that I should've done it farther from the edge and I pretend it was a planned spot.

I really don't see what's so bad about PS2's HIAC matches over Gamecube's. I've played all three games (WrestleMania 21, DOR 2, and SVR 2006) and I still prefer SVR 2006's HIAC over the other two.

The two things DOR has over the SvR Cell are that A)You can do any move between the cages and move around and B) you can get any weapon.

The shitty thing that puts SvR's over better is the DOR cage exit. Breaking the sides?

The boundaries are different. In DOR, you can't fall off unless you're thrown. In SvR, for whatever reason, the boundaries are only effective if you're walking.

Still, as annoying as it is, it made me laugh.

I was on Wikipedia because I'm bored. And I typed in "THQ" and I got this.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/THQ

But what made me post this is that it says that THQ will lose the WWE license in 2009, and Activision is expected to pick up the license after them.

Now, If Activision does get the license. Do you think they will make good WWE games or will they just make WWE games that suck?

I think that the first game they make will probably suck, but they might get better.

Do you think EA Sports will want the license too?

Nope.

Then again, I'm still stuck on the spanking challenge, not to mention the possum pin reversal and interrupt a stolen taunt.

The only reason the possum pin challenge is hard is because it's set on an easy difficulty. If it was on hard or something, it would be easier.

When you go on the roof of the cell, I've noticed that if you walk near the edge you don't auto fall off and you just hit square to get down. How do you get down in HCTP and SvsR1?

Got online hooked up last night. It's fun. I debuted my Sonic guy and it was funny as hell. My name is PorkSoldat

Im not sure if this is a glitch or cheat or something, but i was just playing round with Gm Mode, and i picked my first superstar, then thought nah i cant be bothered playing. I quit out and then up comes "You have Won Match Veteran Award", and iwas like holy shit. I know for a fact i have not played every match type, so if anyone hasnt got that trophy yet could you try this: Pick to be Raw GM, pick one superstar (I picked Batista), and then quit. See what happens.

^ lol wtf? you sure you haven't played all of them?

Well anyway, I do have a few small complaints about GM mode. Firstly it is too damn long. They need to remove some raw/smackdown's in between payperviews nad make fatigue go down faster/go up slower. Kinda like what they shouldn't do in real life. It's also so hard to keep everyone's popularity up, you almost always have to make jobbers out of people. And lastly, since wrestling is fake, you really should be able to choose the winners of the match without having to play them, or save and re-load when you don't get the winner you want.

I diffinatly had not done all the match types. I had probably done half of them.

I totally agree. Choose who should win and how, that would make it more realistic, but you have to remember that GM MOde was a last minute thing.

lol has anyone else done the KO finisher in the Parking Lot Brawl?

It's pretty good, not as good as the casket finishers though.

Had my first Double KO thingy earlier, managed to get up at 8 though.

I was playing as Lita against my girlfriend's female CAW modeled and named after her, and we both got the DKO ref count after I showed her how Stamina works. It was awesome and perfect timing too, as I wanted to show her that as well.

Man I love this game.

This game on legend is actually hard. I played a last man standing match as Ric Flair vs. Triple H and goddamn it's difficult...he made me bleed with the full momentum pedigree but that wasn't it, he got a sledge hammer, picked me up and smashed into my head and I was out. I was mad too cause I got his head in red and body in orange but I couldn't seal the deal. Damn good game.

When you're really low on stamina, do your finisher. The finsher can't be a top rope move, and can't be a pin. Once you do it, your guy should collapse and the meters will come up.

It doesn't always have to be a finisher, just any move that drains a good deal of Stamina. In Create-a-Moveset, every move has a certain value pertaining to how much Stamina it drains. And BOTH guys have to have very low Stamina in order for that move to trigger the double-knockout 10-count. Then, it's just a minigame where you stop the slider at the right spot in order to increase Stamina.

I do a finisher when I have low stamina... but all he does is fall forward a little and the stamina metere starts filling back up automattically.

don't forget the embarrasing "noise" every wrestler (even the women) makes when they lose stamina

now where's my cheese cutter...

Got my first double knock out in season mode with RVD vs Eddie, was doing a 5-star and Eddie got up but I hit him anyways and couldn't go for the pin.
