Simon Jordon rules. You can always trust him to cut a great promo. Everything about the last hour on Sky Sports News has been hilarious.

I love you.

Between, John Motson, Mark "I don't know if I'm Irish or English" Lawrenson, Alan "fucking turncoat" Hansen, Ian "Michael from LOST" Wright, Lee Dixon and Gary Lineker, their comments on that blatant fucking diving from that cheating little scouse cunt as well as their pure bias made my stomach fucking turn. For anyone English who every questions why the Scots, Welsh and Irish fucking hate this team and don't understand why after this then you never will.

Despite that, as an outsider looking in, here is my honest opinion on that team.

- David Beckham is BY FAR the best player in that team and yet half the country is aching for him to be replaced by Aaron Lennon or Walt from LOST, oh sorry, Shawn Wright Phillips (when he is around). He was the only English player who bothered showing up in the first half and yet they spoke about replacing him at half time.

- Holding midfielder debate. MAKE UP YOUR FUCKING MIND!!! Stop playing people out of position. Do Brazil, Argentina, Italy, etc play people out of position just to accomadate players (minus the Del Piero thing at the last World Cup which failed also)? Owen Hargreaves got 45 mins in his natural position for England for the first time in forever and does anyone think that for fucking constant abuse he gets is helping the guy? Funny how everyone mocked Phil Neville for years and yet he should be walking in that team right now. No, not Michael Carrick. Goes back to the thing about playing people out of position. Had that turnip head had enough sense to play people in positions before now, we probably wouldn't even be having this discussion.

- Theo Walcott = Not good enough. You probably wouldn't have noticed this listening to the BBC team last night who talked about him like he was Pele. My brother (the Arsenal fan) was giving me the "he is only 17" argument a minute ago. BULLSHIT. He is old enough to pick up thousands of pounds a week and to play with the big boys so he is old enough to take abuse. He hasn't showed me anything in the last week other than he has a bit of pace which I already knew. Feel a tad sorry for him because he isn't good enough for the Premiership (or he'd have played by now) so how can he be good enough for the World Cup.

- Get Jermaine Defoe and Phil Neville in the squad ASAP. Rooney isn't goona play so adding Defoe goes without saying at this point but Neville has to be in not just for the midfield role but to cover his brother at right back since they obviously haven't thought about Gaz getting hurt until now.

- If I were English, I'd be praying for Alan Smith right now i.e someone who can play holding midfield roles and is a proven striker is who isn't a midget like every other choice other than Crouch.

To be fair you can't hold every English person responsible for the BBC being shit. I don't know anyone who thinks the licence fee is value for money. As for Ian Wright...well, he makes me wish for Jamie Redknapp. Yeah, digest that for a moment.

There's no question Beckham is the best player in the team but in the last few years his form slumped badly, at least for England, compared to what it was. Around 01-02 he was pretty untouchable. But he was voted midfielder of the year in the Liga, and that takes some doing when you look at who plays there, so if he can stay fit and in form we'll always have a chance of some big lunk like Campbell actually not having a goal disallowed (although he probably used up his one against Barca)

And the whole Walcott age thing is ridiculous, just like it was ridiculous when people were using Rooney's age as an excuse when he was going barmy and losing his head every other week. I'll say the same thing now that I said then - when did you ever hear anything like this when Michael Owen was that age?

I don't hold every English person responsible for the beeb being shit. It just makes me hate the English national team even more. And that is my right as a jock Think about it like this. My girlfriend is English, our child will be English when he/she is born and I still have nothing but absolute hate and venom for this team. That's how much the media winds me up. Honestly, I'd love for my friends to experience a World Cup win because I'm obviously never going to. I supported Portugal because a couple of my best friend hail from there. I swear on my life though I would rather cut off my cock than follow England. I need to get some Brazilian friends I think.

I'd take Redknapp over Wright in a heartbeat. I think he did alright on Sky this year.

The commentators and analysts were proper getting on my tits during the game yesterday, Jesus.

Motty: "Did Walcott play with Crouch at Southampton?"
Lawro: "umm....yep"
Motty: "well he definatly did, out of all the people on the pitch he's the only one he played with."

No he fucking didn't, Crouch left at the end of the 04/05 season and Walcott didn't make his debut until the 05/06 season against Wolves, they never played with eachother once.

And the way they all fucking attributed blame to Hargreaves for the goal. "He should've closed him down quicker." he was about 40 yards out for fucks sake, every so often players are gonna pull goals like that out of their arses but not often, and its hardly his fault.

True he's done fuck all in an England shirt, but as you say its cos he's never been played in his prefered position, but I honestly think its harsh to blame him for that goal.

Like Kirky said, Walcott made his debut against Wolves (Wolves should've won but for that cunt Antti Niemi) at the beginning of the season becoming the scummers' youngest ever player and Peter Crouch moved to Liverpool last summer. So maybe it was a reserve or pre season game or something but they have definatly never played a competitive game together.

I dunno if they'd even have spent that much time in training together, since Walcott was part of the youth team that got to the youth cup finals that season, so presumably he'd have been training with the accademy still.

Plus he used to be a winger but Harry Redknapp converted him to a striker early last season, so I dunno if him and Crouch would've exactly been strike partners anyway.

But the point is Motson and Lawrenson are cunts.

If Sheva breaks his leg playing for Ukraine, I think I might cry. Looks like United no longer hold the top three transfer fee's . We should have given them Gallas and got some money off it, he'll be there by August so we may aswell get it out the way.

Now I'm not a Wolves fan but living like 10 minutes away from Molineux, I do have a soft spot for 'em and would really like to see them do well. It's just that after this deal goes through, they are well and truly stuffed. I feel that they're gonna slide into mid-table obscurity unless they change stuff real quick, starting with 'Oddle.

No shit.

We basically need half a team. If we get £5m for Lescott, and Reading are stupid enough to spend a couple million on Seol, we might be able to get a decent core together to add to what we have. I don't trust Hoddle to spend the money wisely though. Nor do I trust Moxey to actually give him any of it.

Someone should tell Portsmouth that D'allesandro is worth paying four million for.

Portsmouth know, but at the same time we also know that our chief executive is a lying tosser.

We'll either lose out on D'Alessandro or we'll be told by Peter Storrie that he has signed for 3 years, only to find out 3 months later that he's actually only on loan, with an option to buy and loads of other shite he failed to mention. Ala Laurent Robert "he's 100% ours...actually wait sorry, he's only on loan".

I'm now officially pissed off at Man United's lack of transfer movement right now. Okay it's early days because Chelsea are on their way to signing a whole new team by the end of the World Cup.

Right now, I'd take Seba Veron back off them.

Veron will leave Chelsea for less than £2 million I guarantee it. He is worth whatever he goes for anyway.

And I'll bet you £50 right now United finish above Liverpool.

It's really weird, we either recouped £3million after the first year and the same after the second, or £6million overall off of Inter Milan. Thats the figures in the financial records we have to release for being a PLC or some shit.

No-ones really sure if he is still our player or if he has been sold but the club just don't want the embarrassment of publically admitting what a terrible signing it was. Pretty sure he is offically Inter's player now, also Jarosik is and always has been on our 'first team page' on the offiicial website http://www.chelseafc.com/article.asp...layers&sublid=

It's all a bit baffling really.

And Liverpool will finish above you mate.

Also RBF, that fantasy league thing looks shit, start one hear http://fantasyfootball.metro.co.uk/ and I'd enter it, but you can only have two players from a country, four after the knockout stages and a limit of £100 million, so I'll understand if it's too hard for you , you'll probably only embarrass yourself again.

£12 million pure profit for a player that never kicked a ball for us? I'll take that all day thanks. David Gill > Peter Kenyon.

I dunno whether or not its cos people just didn't see it or cos they're not interested, but surely some more people wanna join that. Theres only like 7 people doing it so far, of which only 3 of 4 of them are people who regularly post in this thread.

Its yahoo, so the scoring is a bit gay compared to most other fantasy football competitions, and you get points for shots and your keeper making a save. Plus theres no budget, but you have to pick a squad of 23 with a maximum of 3 players from each country. Then you can pick your own formation out of 3-5-2, 4-4-2, 4-5-1 and 3-4-3. Doesn't even take that long, cos unlike with most fantasy football things, you don't have to sit there working out which 3 players you are gonna pick with only £2m lefft to spend.

So come on
