The letters clogging up "layers" is an annoyance...either allow more layers, or something. I can't ever get to making a good football jersey for a CAW because the layers involved get ridiculous.

There should be a separate set of layers for letters/symbols.

I remember getting really pissed of in HCTP (I think), because I was trying to create Spike, but I couldn't even make the Dudley Boyz jersey...THAT BUBBA WAS WEARING IN THE GAME! I just ran out of layers.

I'm not sure which is worse. The already bloated load times on the PS2 version, or the fact that they actually found a way to make them worse. That's just fucking unacceptable.

since i've been playing online i have been owning alot more...
my cousin and his friend were basically as good as me, so i played online and went up his house to play a few matches...
they put their tag titles on the line in a ladder match they had 2 maxed out caws i was my maxed out caw,(which i have only 1 of)and i teamed with my animal caw then my other cousin played as bobby lashley and had a random caw as his partner... it was a triple threat tornado tag ladder match...
it ended with me cycloning my other cousin then cycloning my cousin then spearing my cousins friend...
then i got the belts for me and animal

God, I hate when people iwth like 1 bar of fatigue get injured. Worse, it was a 3 week sidelining injury. Thankfully, I saved. They need to work on GM mode interface.

Lessons learned:

1) SVR 2006 is a good game (IMO)
2) Girls don't like being hit with sledgehammers

If you have the PSP version of SVR06 you can unlock Jake "The Snake" Roberts and upload it to your PS2.

I heard from friends that it was possible without the PSP too, but i don't know if that is true...because my friends are pretty much retards.

You can also draft Jake Roberts in the second year of GM mode as one of your three choices.you'll be able to play that way, but only in GM mode. Nonetheless I said fuck and bought a Gameshark just to unlock the guy.

Yeah, you just set the match up as a title match. Then when you go to play the PPV, it'll ask you what title you want defended, who the participants will be, and what type of match you want.

Kinda wish I didn't pick RVD for my first bash at season mode. Haven't landed the 5 star frog splash perfect yet. Last match I had was against the Undertaker in a buried alive match. Think I will make someone after the season is finished.

So how do you unlock the ECW arena through Story mode (I can't be assed to do the challenges)? I don't want to wade through 100+ pages...

GM mode needs a serious overhaul in terms of interface, BTW. I love playing GM mode, but some things need to change. For example, I should be able to see who is champion at the screen where I select matchups. It's a bitch for me to remember some of the champs (Tag teams, for example) because they seem to change hands every time they're defended.

I should be able to pull up at least basic stats (I'd like to see fatigue and current win/loss streak on there as well, as it can be a pain when remembering all the stats for 20 or so people)

They need a "face/heel" option in setting up GM mode. Remember in HCTP when you could select who were good and bad? You should be able to do that for GM mode, turn people in-game, etc. This should affect your feuds too. It should affect also the default setting for a wrestler (Clean/Dirty)

We should have tag team feuds too, or at least "stable" feuds. A lot of tag teams have had major feuds within the WWF/E, so why not include them in the mix?

You should be able to chose the outcome (win/lose) of each match rather than having to play the match to make sure a superstar does not get too angry about losing alot. It just annoys me having to play every bloody match because one of the superstars wants to win.

Aite, I played this for a bit today, after a bit of an absence. I've been playing King of Colloseum 2 ( And Fire pro R a bit). Yukes really needs to overhaul reversing. Take the KOC route, or something similiar. First, one button to counter strikes, but making the timing harder. Than just overhaul grappling.

Maybe have 2 smalls bars up by the person's name. Make it similiar to the "lock up" mini game, where the person who stops there meter higher in a grapple executes their move. As a person is hurt/ loses momentum, there bar goes faster, as I guy gains momentum, his bar goes slower, making it easier to stop.... Then just stick in some random reversing for fun, that way you can't do big ass moves right away...

Seriously, KOC is the best for counters. The computer countering my rear waist lock w/ a go behind, and then me countering their german into a roll up for a 3 count is golden. Best counter ever though, a rollup pin counter to a cross arm breaker. Sheer brillance.
