Brodeur got his 7th shutout of the year today. I think that puts him 3 ahead of anyone else. At this point he should be #1 contender for the Vezina

Pretty good Avalanche/Red Wings game tonight. Zetterberg pulled off the Forsberg move in the shootout. The move is incredible.

Kinda surprised Brodeur and Hasek aren't the two starting goalies in the all-star game. Also surprised Campbell is starting D for the east instead of Kaberle or McCabe. That's fan voting for you.

Martin Brodeur continues his great season with his eight shutout of the season in a 1-0 win against the Rangers. At this point he should win the Vezna and even be in consideration for the Hart.

The Rangers aquire Avery from the Kings. I guess this is a way to get tougher as a team and protect anyone who messes with Jagr. The Rangers are really slumping as of late, and they need something to help them, but I don't think this is it.

He played second line last night in his debut and picked up an assist. He definetely has more skill, and brings the toughness with it.

Yeah I don't think he does either, but thats where he played last night. We'll see if that changes, but I suspect that with his good game last night he'll stay there for the time being, and than eventually be moved back to the third line.
