Someone at on the IGN boards thinks this is the reason, though I don't think it's true.

1) Sabu in but RVD out! ECW originals storyline to unlock RVD?
2) JTG & Shad in but Deuce, Domino, Robbie, Rory Cade, Murdoch, London & Kendrick missing - Tag Team storylines to get them?
3) Cor Von & Burke & Punk but no Kevin Thorn or Matt Striker - New Breed Story line to unlock them
4) Helms, Chavo & Mysterio are the only cruiserweights (leaving out Super Crazy, Noble, Yang, Moore, London and Kendrick - as mentioned before) possible storyline to unlock a couple of those?
5) Only 7 Divas - it was previously rumored that someone had said there was 8 - Unlockable
6) Only 7 Legends - There should be more than that possible unlockable Alumni like Big Show, Chris Jericho, Eddie Guerrero etc.

Just an idea that I think THQ & Yukes might of thought of and gone with! I mean it was in on SD 2 & 3 (KYR & JBI) so they obviously have the ability to put it in, and I've seen people sayign about how they enjoyed it in those games too. So what's to stop THQ/Yukes going oh they liked it lets do it again and not tell them who they could unlock!

Nah. If anything they left people out to put in as DLC so people will pay more for them.

What strikes me the most is that, at least in the PS3 and 360 versions, weren't they supposed to be working with a form of media that has a higher capacity (HD DVD and Blu Ray)? I mean, we know VO and shit took up alot of space on the regular DVDs, and that may have been a valid excuse, but now you have the new technology and would be able to fit a LOT more on those, plus the possibility to be able to install the game onto a HDD in the system (provided THQ even considered that)? Yet, we only have the 50 that disappoints to fucking hell. No excuse this time, I think. THQ needs to promise something special about some kind of downloadable content, or else this is going to be it's worst selling WWE game in a LONG time.

And I don't think this is a space issue this time.

Wow, its that time of year once again, LETS DO THIS!



Video 1 - Entrance

Video 2 - Gameplay

Its Rey vs Tommy Dreamer ( ) Straight away Rey trips Dreamer onto the middle rope and executes the 619/West Coast Pop, which hasn't been reannimated. Rey pins Dreamer and celebrates. Did you know that Batista used to compete as a bodybuilder and weighed over 350 pounds. He took up wrestling after meeting Road Warrior Animal and Mr Perfect at a competition in Minneapolis. At least the loading screens are more exciting this year. Rey Celebrates by going on the turnbuckles and thanking Eddie.

So by going by what has been uploaded for Rey, it seems that he is one half of the Tag Team Champions,

Looks like IGN finally got over the roster...and most of them seem more than happy to pay more money for a better one. tbh, if they had just left off Cryme Tyme and included, say, Kevin Thorn and Matt Striker (I like Cryme Tyme but when there's only one real tag team in the game its pointless)...I think it'd be much better. Also, axe HHH in a suit in favor of Jimmy Wang Yang or something.

I just really REALLY hope custom themes are in...cause if DLC's are overcharged its gonna be how I create my wrestlers. If they don't include the feature it'll just be the nail in the coffin on how they really don't give a fuck what the fans want.
