If I was Gertner, I would've gone with something along the lines of "the only reason we don't call ROH sports entertainment is because nobody thinks it's entertaining."
But whatever, I'm not even here. OOOOOOOooooooooooOOOOOOOOOOOoooOOOOOOOooOoOOOOOOOO |

I really wish you'd stop trolling Surpreme. You're not adding anything to the discussion.

I agree completely with What Would Kevin Do?, in that ROH is really missing a star. I disagree with WWKD that Steen could not be it, though -- right now he is super-over. I have no clue where to go with him, but whatever.
Low Ki and Homicide are two guys on the independent circuit with personality and marketable presence. I don't know why ROH has not tried harder to get these guys back into camp with them. And truth be told, signing guys like Carlito, Chavo Guerrero, Finlay, Chris Masters and even Matt Morgan would not be a bad start for ROH. They are guys with experience in bigger promotions, and each has something to really offer on that more superficial wrestling level -- whether it be experience, a name, the look or personality. They should also pay John "Bradshaw" Layfield a shit-ton of money to show up as a spokesperson for Charlie Haas & Shelton Benjamin. I'm not sure if JBL would do it, though. |

They were very smart putting the Steen/Richards match on this week's TV show.
They were not very smart by not doing some work on the audio so that every other word from the announcers (and half the bumps) weren't silenced because of the profanity being chanted in the background. That, and it was interrupted by four commercial breaks. But overall, it was a fun match to watch and I'm genuinely curious what ROH looks like with "Wrestling's Worst Nightmare" as its World Champion. |

ROH should try and get Alex Shelley. Yeah, it's likely that Shelley will be WWE bound, but ROH should at least try in their own interests.

Sabin will probably end up in ROH for a few appearances before his next WWE tryout. Would like to see Sabin vs. Edwards on a marquee card.

ROH can't afford to transport Young Bucks and TJ Perkins. That's what happens when one of the Taco Bell Employee wrestlers gets a 5 cent raise.
Can't wait for this bush league bullshit fed to fold. |

I'm not into TJ Perkins at all. Dude is apparently a solid worker, but I've just never been into him. Because he's from the west coast, he's never pushed in ROH, either, so he's been used pretty much exclusively to get guys over. I don't know what I would do with him if I were ROH. I think the guy needs a manager, ASAP. Since The Embassy kind of sucks these days, I think TJ Perkins joining them and getting a meanstreak to turn his win-loss record around would work.
The Young Bucks are apparently phenomenal in the ring, but are apparently jerks and pretty bland personality-wise, too. They probably had their best exposure as Generation Me in TNA, and if they had stuck it out, would probably be used to carry the division right now. The "special" factor of having them back on the independent scene has almost dried up in my opinion. Booking them more over the summer isn't going to help that. |

Young Bucks were fantastic at the ME of that last Chikara PPV. They're not the type of tag team ROH is looking for to work with guys like the Briscoes.

I disagree, they both have a ton of Charisma. Natural heels. They can also chain wrestle quite well, in addition to doing some pretty innovative and awe-inspiring spots.
